You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (lashes, hair extensions, wigs, cosmetics, or sale items).
Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, email support@theehausofglamour.com with your order number and details.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
