Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love every purchase, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy below.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (lashes, hair extensions, wigs, cosmetics, or sale items).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, email support@theehausofglamour.com with your order number and details.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • A trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Lash products, hair extensions, wigs, cosmetics, or items marked “final sale”

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@theehausofglamour.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Ship your item back within the 7-day window.
